Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, the refund policy is limited to faulty products, imperfectly described products or faults on our website or payment provider problems. To be eligible for a return, you must provide us with a reason for a refund. This will considerably help us to better understand how to improve our service.

Our policy lasts 7, 14, 30 days or product is not refundableumber (number of days is selected by product seller individualy for each product). You must request a refund before 7, 14, 30 refund days have gone since your purchase.

To complete your return, please contact us at the support center. We need a proof of purchase (email, order number, payment method).

Refunds

If your request for refund qualifies our policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Partial Refunds

When purchasing multiple items, partial refunds are made if not all items are refundable.

Deleting refunded items

You promise to fully delete and uninstall the refunded item from your computer, folders, website or any other place the item is in. The refunded item cannot be used in any design that has been previously created or will be created.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact us again.

Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank in case it was purchase using credit card. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
